105 is the number to call
Take note of the power cut number 105. It's free of charge and will put you through to your local network operator who can give you help and advice. You can also call 105 if you spot damage to electricity power lines and substations that could put you, or someone else, in danger. -
Register for our Priority Services
Do you or a loved one need extra support during a power cut? Sign up to our free priority services register and our welfare teams will help keep you updated in the event of a power cut. -
Download our Power Track app
You can stay updated and track the progress of any faults in your area on our Power Track app, it's free to download on IOS and Android. You can also follow the progress of planned interruptions as well as find the nearest EV charge point if you have an electric vehicle that needs charging during a power cut.
